| Welcome to Education Resources, LLC. Education Resources was established in 1997 by Mark Ratterman. Since its founding, Mark established the company as the premier provider of continuing education for appraisers and brokers throughout the Midwest. Mark passed the reins to Nick and Jason Tillema in 2016, confident in their abilities to maintain the same level of knowledge and teaching acumen our students have grown accustomed to. The Tillemas have more than 60 years of combined experience in the areas of real estate appraisal and law. Beyond their focus on their appraisal and legal work, they also enjoy volunteering in a variety of capacities in the community. Nick and Jason draw from their considerable expertise in the commercial and residential realms to provide an engaging continuing education experience.
